Course Overview
The course will provide participants with the skills and knowledge to review organisation strategic business goals and objectives, understand the needs and apply processes to consult key stakeholders to develop the workforce, apply processes to redesign jobs, apply processes to analyse and identify skill gaps, evaluate a cost-effective method of acquiring the skills and establish monitoring and evaluation guidelines.

2 Days In-Person Classroom Training (16 Hours Including 1 Hour Assessment)
Certification
After the course, trainee who had fulfilled the course requirements of
- 75% class attendance and
- Attained a 80% competency for the assessment
Will receive a Certification of Achievement from Singapore Institute of Management (SIM).

Norintan Shariff |
Norintan possesses extensive experience in people management and has a proven track record of success in this area. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Training and Development, providing her with a solid educational foundation to support her skills. Norintan's people management skills include talent management, human capital planning, recruitment, job redesign, and payroll management. She has also overseen the development of training programs, job descriptions, and tasks to ensure that employees receive the necessary support to excel in their roles. Moreover, Norintan has been responsible for managing customer relationships and developing loyalty programs to ensure that customers receive high-quality service and continue to patronize the company. She has also overseen the management of partners for joint ventures and negotiated successful exclusive distributorship for luxury brands. Norintan's knowledge and interest in sustainability stems from a combination of reading and research, as well as a personal commitment to being environmentally conscious. As a "green person," Norintan has a deep understanding of the importance of sustainability and strives to incorporate sustainable practices into their daily life. |
